To rent a vehicle, simply go through customs and walk out the exit. There you will be inundated with people trying to rent you vans, trucks, bikes, cars and pretty much anything you can think of. It can be a bit chaotic, but you have the distinct advantage of seeing the merchandise in person if you know what I mean.
